Acquisition of the business of Biotech Laboratories
Eurofins is proud to announce today the acquisition of the Biotech Laboratories business from Sullivan & Nicolaides Pathology/Sonic Health Care.
This acquisition is an additional step for Eurofins across the Queensland Food, Water, Environment and Hygiene Testing markets and further adds to Eurofins growing network of Food Laboratories across Australia and New Zealand.
With a long history, Biotech Laboratories offers comprehensive Food, Air, Water, Cosmetics and Environmental testing services to a wide range of industries across the Queensland state and beyond. Staffed by expert food and water analysts, Biotech Laboratories is NATA-accredited to perform a comprehensive suite of microbiological tests, strictly in accordance with the appropriate Australian standards.
Biotech Laboratories operation will hereinafter be trading as “Eurofins | Biotech Laboratories” and will be relocated immediately from its current home with Sullivan Nicolaides to our Eurofins Brisbane Laboratory located in Murarrie.
