Eurofins Agroscience Services - Orange

Eurofins Agroscience Services Pty Ltd has a number of bases across Australia with the Orange facility located in the Central Tablelands region of eastern Australia.

Services

From the Orange facility we can conduct many different trials including:

• Horticulture efficacy, safety and residue studies
• Cropping efficacy, safety and residue studies
• Physical compatibility studies
• Work health and safety studies (mixer, loader, applicator)

Our regulatory affairs consulting team is also based at our Orange office offering a broad range of regulatory consulting services for both Australian and New Zealand regulatory authorities.

A variety of equipment is available, comprising of a range of sprayers to simulate most agricultural practices, special measurement devices and all equipment necessary to conduct high quality animal health studies.

Cropping and Horticulture Capabilities

Australia offers a wide variety of crops, with Eurofins Agroscience Services Pty Ltd conducting trials on most crops across Australia, from arable crops to orchards, from vegetables and ornamentals to vineyards. Orange offers the opportunity to conduct late season trials due to the cooler conditions on the tablelands.

The area immediately around Orange comprises orchards and vineyards but the following crops can be found within a 50 kilometre radius of Orange:

• Cereals and oilseeds
• Vegetables

Geography and Climate

Orange has a population of around 40,000 and is located at 850 metres above sea level. It has a cool climate with a relatively even annual rainfall from winter rains and summer storms.
