The Townsville site is a 24 Hour Remote Client Services Office. This site receives samples and supports local projects and logistics back to the Brisbane laboratory where analysis and reporting takes place. Client samples can be dropped off in Townsville at any time of the day or night to support diverse project requirements, and a full array of sampling consumables are available for collection at any time.
The North Queensland site is staffed during business hours where our experienced staff are readily available to offer expert advice and assistance. Additionally, the Eurofins refrigerated van is on the road to support and service our clients by facilitating sample pickups, consumable drop-offs, and other transportation requirements across Townsville.
