Consumer complaints of contaminated product or contaminated batches of product during manufacture can be costly to corporate image and/or the bottom financial line. In addition to practical experience in trouble-shooting potential areas of concern, our laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art bacterial genetic “finger printing” equipment to look for differences in isolates at strain level to track down contamination sources.
